Refund policy
Bob Marlin Gear takes tremendous pride in the quality of our products and we want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you would like to return an item for ANY reason, we will happily exchange or credit the merchandise, provided it is in new and unused condition with the original tags. Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and needs to be accompanied by the order number and receipt.
Procedure
The sales receipt must be emailed to info@BobMarlinGear.com for a full refund or exchange.
All refunds will be credited back to the original credit card within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to refund your account.
Upon receiving the returned merchandise an inspection will be carried out to ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
One prepaid return label is provided free of charge for orders from the USA, UAE, and GCC countries. Any subsequent returns or exchanges for the same order will be chargeable to the customer.
For all other international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We encourage customers to contact us first, as we are often able to assist and may be able to secure more competitive shipping rates. Once shipped, please email the tracking information to info@BobMarlinGear.com.
When sending merchandise back please email info@BobMarlinGear.com with the tracking information of the shipment. Please contact us before shipping the item you wish to return.
Bob Marlin Gear is not liable for items lost in transit. If you have received damaged item(s) please email us at info@BobMarlinGear.com
Damaged/Defective Items
To file a claim for a defective product, please email info@BobMarlinGear.com and include a description of the defect along with photos of the product.
Third-party retailers.
If your merchandise was not purchased via BobMarlinGear.com then it must be returned to the retailer where purchased with the original sales receipt.
