What are the measurements for your products?
Yes. This is located on our website with our official size charts. The size charts will help you determine the size you need when ordering online. If you have questions about sizing or how the merchandise fits please contact us and we are happy to assist.
Can I return or exchange products?
Yes. All products purchased directly from our website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. For full details refer to our return policy page.

Does Bob Marlin offer Customization?
Yes. We customize shirts with fishing team names, your logos, or artwork. Interested? Please send an email with the design you would like to customize, the logos/names/artwork you would like to add and the relevant files (in Vector format) to info@BobMarlinGear.com.
Are there additional taxes with my purchase?
There is a 5% VAT charge for all purchases made within the UAE. We do not collect taxes on orders outside of the UAE
How do I know when my order is confirmed?
We will send you an automatic confirmation email after placing the order. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email. If you do not receive this email, contact us via info@BobMarlinGear.com
I made a mistake on the order can I change it?
You surely can!
Contact us as soon as possible, if the item has not shipped yet we will manually change your order. If the items has shipped already, you can still return it in the original packaging and condition.
Do I need to register to buy online with Bob Marlin Gear?
You do not need to register to be able to purchase online. Creating an account does provide benefits like access to a personal wishlist and easier checkout at return visits.
